What Will You Be Doing? 

As an MDF Paint Care Consultant, you will be establishing and cultivating relationships with new and existing accounts in our service areas. You are solely responsible for sales performance and customer relations and will utilize company tools and software to plan, monitor and meet your sales objectives.

Hours & Compensation

Monday-Friday, partial/rotating Saturdays (Sales Appointments throughout Connecticut, meetings in New Haven)

  • $50 per appointment as a draw against 8% Sales Commission (Company Provided Opportunity to sell $1,500,000 in your first year)

  • $20/hr for paid prospecting time
