Job Title: Paint Care Consultant (Sales Person)
Reason for the Hire: To grow our sales team in response to rising market demands; anticipated 20% annual growth for the next decade
Reports to Brandon Powadiuk, Sales Coordinator
Full Time: 40-50 hrs./wk. M,T,TH,F: 8am-6pm; Saturday (every other)
*Wed weekly sales meeting 7:45am-10am; 2-3 appointments per day is full time
Expected Results: This person meets homeowners for pre-scheduled appointments and spends 2-3 hours in the prospect’s home executing our sales process. They leave the “one-call close meeting” with a signed contract and deposit.
They perform daily follow-up calls, daily confirmation calls, and prospecting. They attend all weekly meetings and maintain an ADL above $2250.
In the slower Winter months, they take part in “paid prospecting” for commercial repaint clients. “Paid prospecting” may also be required in slower appointment weeks.
Work Environment: Office at 100 North Branford Road, Branford, CT for meetings; appointments on-site happen where they are needed but primarily, New Haven County and Fairfield County in Connecticut.
Hourly Pay; 8% Commission of Labor Sale; Weekly Micro Bonuses; Monthly Bonuses; Vested Healthcare Bonus & 401k Plan

Command of the MDF Painting Sales Process (Introduction, Green Sheet, Closing Trail, etc.)
-Personality style shows leadership, organizational skills, ability to think critically and quickly, relates well with others
-Driven to communicate persuasively with potential customers; close deals, make MONEY $$$.
-Ideal Personality: High Eagle is generally better at “the close” but there is no perfect personality type. It is more important to be self-aware of your personality style and how to best interact with prospect’s personality styles.
-Comfortable embracing the core value of “Improve or Die,” must be okay with constant and never-ending improvement.
-Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Calendar, Email, Text, Phone (software knowledge and comfort using an iPad as Estimate Rocket/PaintScout are both software platforms used in the field)
Communication Skills: This person must speak well. They must be comfortable communicating over the phone and in-person with teammates and customers. They must go above and beyond in customer service.
