Job Summary
We are seeking ONE experienced painter to run the field, push production, and hold crews accountable. An energetic and detail-oriented Lead Painter / Field Enforcer to oversee painting projects on-site, ensure quality standards are met, and enforce safety and procedural compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of painters, coordinate project workflows, and uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a passion for maintaining excellence in every project.

YOUR JOB

  • Enforce speed, quality, and discipline on every job

  • Push crews to hit production targets daily

  • Shut down poor prep, lazy cutting, thin coverage, and shortcuts

  • Correct problems immediately — not later

  • Keep jobs clean, efficient, and professional at all times

  • Report results, not excuses

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • MINIMUM of 5+ years PROFESSIONAL painting experience

  • You’ve run jobs, not just worked on them

  • You know coatings, prep, spraying, rolling, brushing — no guessing

  • You are direct, firm, and comfortable being the bad guy

  • You work fast without sacrificing quality

  • You show up on time, every day — no exceptions

  • You are bilingual in Spanish and English
